- Once you have submitted your application, you will receive an automated email from ‘Euroasia Association of Performing Arts’ ([email protected]) with the subject “Your Euroasia Association of Performing Arts order has been received!”
- Please allow up to 7 days for your application to be processed. Do check your email (please include junk/spam) during this time, as we will contact you via email if there are any errors with your application.
- Once we have finished processing your order, you will receive the second automated email, also from ‘Euroasia Association of Performing Arts’ ([email protected]) with the subject “Your order from Euroasia Association of Performing Arts is on its way!”.
- Finally, you will receive another email from “HKYPAF Competition” [email protected], with the subject: Registration #___. A pdf file is attached to this email which containing your Confirmation Slip. Please do check in your promotions/junk/spam/updates box too, in case it has gone there. Once you have received this, your application is now confirmed and complete.
